Refund Policy
All items are non-refundable, except in the case that your item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return was approved or not. If you requested a refund and it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We have no control over this.
​If you elected instead to exchange the item, we offer store credit for the original amount of the item within the first 30 days of your purchase after delivery. Please note: if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.
